Durante o processo de formação o acadêmico enquanto ingresso no curso de Licenciatura em Educação Física traz consigo grandes expectativas com relação ao curso, porém, surge desmotivação e inseguranças por parte de muitos para se inserir no mercado de trabalho devido às grandes dificuldades existente no âmbito educacional, e até mesmo, dificuldades em relacionar os conhecimentos obtidos durante a formação acadêmica com as práticas pedagógicas dos futuros docentes. Desta forma, objetiva-se neste estudo verificar como os acadêmicos egressos no curso de Licenciatura em Educação Física percebem a atuação profissional neste campo de atuação. A metodologia adotada para a realização da pesquisa é do tipo descritiva, e ainda, para coleta de dados utilizamos a entrevista semi-estruturada tendo como tratamento de dados o agrupamento de respostas, assim a abordagem utilizada foi de cunho qualitativo, a pesquisa ocorreu em três Instituições de Ensino Superior das cidades de Cuiabá e Várzea Grande, sendo uma da iniciativa pública, e duas da iniciativa privada, onde foram entrevistados dezoitos acadêmicos concluintes do curso de Licenciatura em Educação Física. Concluímos que há diversidades de opiniões nesta área de conhecimento, relatados pelos futuros professores que brevemente estarão atuando na Educação Básica, se fazendo assim, importante ouvi-los, e que é imprescindível que os acadêmicos, se conscientizem de suas responsabilidades no contexto social, e das implicações que a sua aula exerce sobre a vida do aluno, tanto de maneira positiva quanto negativa.

During the process of academic training while enrollment in the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education brings great expectations about the course, however, arises demotivation and insecurities on the part of many to enter the job market due to large existing difficulties in the educational field , and even difficulties in relating the knowledge obtained during academic training with the pedagogical practices of future teachers. Thus, the objective of this study was to verify how the academic graduates in the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education perceive professional practice in this field. The methodology for the research is descriptive, and also for data collection used the semi-structured data processing as having the grouping of responses, so the approach was a qualitative study, the research interview occurred in three institutions of Higher Education of the cities of Cuiabá and Lowland Grande, being a public initiative, and two in the private sector, where eighteen graduating students of Degree in Physical Education were interviewed. We conclude that there are differences of opinion in this area of knowledge, reported by future teachers who will soon be working in Primary Education, is doing well, important to hear them, and it is imperative that academics are aware of their responsibilities in the social context, and the implications that his class has on the student's life, both positively and negatively.
