O estudo tem como objetivo a análise dos parâmetros de salto unilateral e salto  bilateral durante a fase de aterrissagem em pacientes atletas amadores submetidos a cirurgia de ligamentoplastia de Cruzado Anterior (LCA). Um total de 20 pacientes do sexo masculino submetidos a cirurgia de ligamentoplastia e reabilitação fisioterapeutica durante 4 estágios de tratamento. Foi utilizada uma plataforma de força para mensuração das forças de reação vertical do solo (FRS) durante os movimentos de saltos unilaterais e bilaterais em membros inferiores operados e não operados. Os valores máximos e médios da Força de Reação do Solo vertical e os maiores números encontrados nos seis melhores saltos realizados foram registrados após 15, 25 e 35 semanas consecutivas após a cirurgia de reconstrução do LCA analisados e comparados durante as semanas seguidas de testes. Após 15 semanas de pós cirurgia de LCA, a FRS durante os saltos foi significativamente menor entre os saltos unilaterais e saltos bilaterais em membros submetidos a cirurgia quando comparados com membros não operados. Tais valores aumentaram após 25 semanas de  tratamento, com diferenças significativas entre os parâmetros analisados no estudo diminuindo a discrepância entre membros. O déficit de FRS entre os membros diminuiu para os saltos unilaterais e para os saltos bilaterais, além da melhora considerável da média dos seis melhores saltos bilaterais. Após as 35 semanas de tratamento consecutivos após a cirurgia de reconstrução do LCA os valores da FRS foram aproximados entre os membros, porém sem relevância estatisticamente significativa. Entre 25 e 35 semanas de reabilitação fisioterápica após reconstrução do LCA, os pacientes obtiveram valores da FRS simétricos durante os testes físicos durante os saltos unilaterais e bilaterais para membros submetidos a cirurgia e não submetidos a cirurgia.

The study aims to analyze the parameters of unilateral and bilateral jumps during the landing phase in amateur athletes undergoing anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) surgery. A total of 20 male patients underwent ligament surgery and physiotherapy rehabilitation during 4 stages of treatment. A force platform was used to measure vertical ground reaction forces (GRF) during unilateral and bilateral jump movements in operated and non-operated lower limbs. The maximum and average values ​​of vertical GRF and the highest numbers found in the six best jumps performed were recorded after 15, 25 and 35 consecutive weeks after ACL reconstruction surgery and analyzed and compared during the following weeks of testing. After 15 weeks post-ACL surgery, GRF during jumps was significantly lower between unilateral jumps and bilateral jumps in limbs undergoing surgery when compared with non-operated limbs. These values ​​increased after 25 weeks of treatment, with significant differences between the parameters analyzed in the study, reducing the discrepancy between limbs. The GRF deficit between limbs decreased for unilateral and bilateral jumps, in addition to a considerable improvement in the average of the six best bilateral jumps. After 35 consecutive weeks of treatment after ACL reconstruction surgery, the GRF values ​​were similar between limbs, but without statistical significance. Between 25 and 35 weeks of physical therapy rehabilitation after ACL reconstruction, patients obtained symmetrical GRF values ​​during physical tests during unilateral and bilateral jumps for limbs that underwent surgery and those that did not undergo surgery.
